The Empirical Strikes Back: Active and Passive in Your Portfolio

Session Description

Why attend:
Discover a data-driven roadmap for choosing between mutual fund and exchange-traded fund implementation options, and the ideal roles for both in well-constructed investment portfolios.

Session details:
Not all asset classes are created equally. A subject-matter expert will discuss the historical outcomes across more than a dozen asset classes and why product depth and accessibility matter. Gain insight into how asset allocation is inherently active and why the active vs. passive debate misses the point by focusing too much on manager-level performance and overlooking the decisive role asset allocation plays in risk and return.

This 30-minute session is scheduled to take place on The Exchange showcase stage. After the session, continue the conversation by visiting our booth in The Exchange.

Seating for this session is at capacity, however standing room is still available.
