At Schwab, we have many resources available to help you to prepare your operations staff and client facing teams for the change in workflows. What you may not know is that we also offer an array of resources designed specifically to help you communicate these changes with clients. We’ll take a look at your clients’ experience so that you can feel confident in guiding them through common needs. In this session, learn how to:

  • Use the new Client Tool Kit to help keep clients informed as you adopt new tools
  • Leverage the Quick Start checklist and pre-made email templates to explain each change, outlining the benefits of key tools like the digital account open workflow
  • Navigate your clients’ experience in everything from downloading tax documents, to using the Message Center on the Schwab Alliance website, to securely approving a wire in seconds
