Megan Gorman is the founder and managing partner of Chequers Financial Management, a female-owned high-net-worth tax and financial planning firm. Her clientele ranges from entrepreneurs to corporate executives to people with inherited family wealth.

Previously, Ms. Gorman held vice president positions at Goldman Sachs and BNY Mellon. She is a Forbes senior contributor, writing on the intersection of wealth, and has been frequently quoted in such media outlets as the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, CNN, and US News. She can be heard regularly on the So Money podcast and on WealthManagement.com’s Dead Celebrity podcast. She is the author of The Wealth Intersection, a personal finance blog, and hosts The Wealth Intersection - Your Money Story Life on Voice America. She serves on the advisory board of Swaay, a digital publication for women. Ms. Gorman has a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and a juris doctor degree from the Rutgers University School of Law.
